Kathy Williams

    Mrs. Kathy Shaw Williams, age 63 of Cap Ingram Road, Lexington, NC died Friday December 28 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.   A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 2 at Faith Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Freddie Moretz and Rev. Chuck Beck. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.   The family will see friends from 6:00 to8:00 PM Tuesday, January 1 at Briggs Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence on Cap Ingram Road.   Mrs. Williams was born April 26, 1955 in Davidson County to Wade Shaw and Dorothy Lee Smoake Shaw. She had worked as a CNA at Mountain Vista health Park. She was preceded in death by her parents.   She is survived by a son, Kevin Hedrick and his companion Tina Browe of Denton; daughters, Jennifer Eason and Amanda Williams both of Denton, Janie Shackleford and husband Jeff of Lexington; brothers Ollie Shaw and Tony Shaw both of Lexington and Frank Shaw of Thomasville; grandchildren, Brandon Eason, Elizabeth Shackleford, Scott Hedrick, Alex Hedrick, Shane Hedrick, Brian Browe and Coby Browe.   The family is being served by Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.
