Kathleen Grey Robbins

Mrs. Kathleen Grey Robbins, age 86, of Kingswood Nursing Center in Aberdeen, died Tuesday, June 6, 2006. Graveside Services will be Friday, June 9, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the West End Cemetery in West End, conducted by Rev. Stephen Blanchard. Mrs. Robbins was born April 23, 1920 in Marlboro County, South Carolina, the daughter of William Grey and Sue Henley Grey. She was the widow of George Robbins, who died in 1989. She is survived by a daughter, Janice Mann of Southern Pines, 2 Sons, John Robbins of Carthage and Jimmy Robbins of Jacksonville, FL. Also surviving are a brother, Carl Grey of Candor, 2 sisters Flonnie Sheppard of Biscoe and Christine Sedberry of West End; 6 Grandchildren; 3 Great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home.
