Juanita Prince Gourley

Mrs. Juanita Patrick Prince Gourley, 93, of Old Thomasville Rd., High Point died Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at High Point Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 30, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tim Huffman officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery in High Point. Mrs. Gourley was born July 13, 1914 in West Virginia to Charles J. and Clara Gregory Patrick. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Gourley worked at Anvil Brand in High Point. She was preceded in death by; her first husband Ernest Ray Prince, her 2nd husband Clarence D. Gourley, daughter Mary Evelyn Sells, son Ray Prince, step-daughter Frances Shuskey, and a brother Raymond Patrick. Survivors include, son James W. Prince of High Point; step-son Reuben Gourley of Charlotte; step-daughter Helen Wyrick of California; sisters Dolly Worley and Penny Patrick both of Ohio, 6 grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 18 step great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and 7 step great great grandchildren. The family will see friends on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.
