Biscoe-Juan Hernandez Juan L. Hernandez, age 25, of Biscoe, died Saturday, January 24, 2009 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of the Americas Catholic Church with Father Ricardo Sanchez officiating. Burial will follow in Biscoe Cemetery. Born in Florida on November 30, 1983, the son of Miguel and Genera Hernandez, Juan was a former forklift operator. He is survived by his wife, Alejandra Exiga of California, his parents, Miguel and Genera Hernandez of the home; 4 sisters, Elia and Ana Maria Hernandez, both of Candor and Elda and Teresa Hernandez, both of Biscoe; 5 brothers, Miguel Angel Hernandez of Robbins, Andres Hernandez of Biscoe, Gilbert Hernandez of Asheboro, Pablo Hernandez of Tucson AZ and Jose Manuel Hernandez of Asheboro; several Nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 PM Monday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home and other times at the residence on South Main St. in Biscoe.
