Joyce Ann Beck

BRIGGS FUNERAL HOME   Miss Joyce Ann Beck, age 81 of Mountain Vista Health Park and formerly of Cid Community, Lexington, NC died Tuesday, March, 13 at Mountain Vista.   A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, March 16 at Cid United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Sandy Young and Rev. James Cooper. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.   The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, March 15 at Briggs Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of Darnell and Imogene Tysinger on Old NC Hwy # 109, Lexington.   Miss Beck was born December 4, 1936 in Davidson County to Jacob Clyde Beck and Grace Ridge Beck. She was a member of Cid United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and by sisters, Doris Pierce, Virginia Warner, and Wavel Craver and by a brother Clyde Thomas Beck.   She is survived by her sister Imogene Tysinger and husband Darnell of Lexington; Special Nieces Melanie Burgess and husband Don and Lori Ball and husband David; Special great nephew Nathan Ball and wife Alysha and their children Riley, Kadence and Corbin. She is also survived by other Nieces and nephews.   Memorials may be made to the Activities Department of Mountain Vista Health Park, PO Box 1547,Denton, NC 27239   The family would like to give special “Thanks” to the Staff of Mountain Vista Health Park for the love and care given to Joyce for the past 27 and ½ years.
