Mr. John Junior Potts, age 62 of Howell Drive, Denton, NC died Saturday, December 17 at Thomasville Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, Dec.. 21 at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. \ Mr. Potts was born August 7, 1949 in Forsyth County to John Carson Potts and Ethel Mae Coble Potts. He had worked as a machine operator in a Lumber Yard, He is survived by his wife, Linda Billings Potts of the home, sons, Chris Potts of Pennsylvania and Johnny Potts of Candor; daughters, Tammy Potts of Virginia, Melissa Eastwood of Belews Creek and Sherry Seagle of Taylorsville; Mother, Ethel Potts of Denton; brothers Michael Potts and Larry Potts both of Denton; sisters, Ida Potts of Denton and Betty Gallimore of Lexington; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
