John Riley Beaman, Jr., 65, of Dairy Rd., Troy, died Tuesday, March 26, 2018 at his residence. Funeral Service will be at 3:00pm Friday at the James Garner Conference Center in Troy, with Pastor Jamie Hinson officiating. Burial will follow in Southside Cemetery. Born in Montgomery County on April 5, 1952, he was the son of John Riley and Mary Poole Beaman. He was the owner of Beaman Enterprises, he maintained the FirstBank James Garner Conference Center since its inception, had retired from the Troy Fire Department, and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Connie Futrell Beaman of the home; son, John Riley Beaman, III and wife Amanda of Troy; sister, Pixie Skipper and husband Bill of Troy; 3 grandsons, Lyric, Lucian and Lycan; niece and nephew, Ashley and Adam Skipper. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 pm Friday at the James Garner Conference Center and at other times at the home. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
