Jimmy Sexton

Mr. James Harold (Jim Bob) Sexton age 57 of Forest Park Drive, Denton, NC went to rest on Tuesday, April 24 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, April 27 at Siloam United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Sandy Young. The family will receive friends in the Church Fellowship Hall following the service on Friday. Mr. Sexton was born July 23, 1954 in Daavidson County to William H Sexton and Joanne Davis Sexton. He was a member of Siloam United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing the guitar and building and flying model airplanes. He owned his own business which was Greystone Printing Company. He had previously worked with his father at his lumber mill. He was preceded in death by his mother Joanne D Pope. He leaves behind his loving wife Denise Bean Sexton of the home, and a wonderful son, Brian Sexton and wife Michele of Greensboro, grandchildren Bella and Thomas Sexton; father and step-mother, William H (Bill) Sexton and Elizabeth (Lib) Sexton of Denton; brother Joel Sexton; nieces Crystal Sexton and Allison Sexton both of Denton; step-brothers, Michael Bullins and Douglas Bullins both of Asheboro; and step-father, John Pope of Denton.
