Eagle Springs-Jessie Maye Greene Jessie Maye Moore Greene, 78, of Flowers Rd., Jackson Springs, died Thursday, January 8, 2009 at her residence. A graveside memorial service will be Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Eagle Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Myron Dice and Rev. Barbara Dice officiating. Mrs. Greene was born May 16, 1930 in Moore County, the daughter of Everett and Grace Bailey Moore. She was a homemaker and preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael and Wayne Greene, both of Jackson Springs; 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Saturday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home in Candor and other times at the home of Wayne Greene, Flowers Rd., Jackson Springs. Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
