James "Jim" King McDonald 59, of Denton Rd. died Monday April 24, 2006 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, April 27, 2006 at Summerville Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tom McLean, Rev. Clint Scott, and Mr. Dan Tullock. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Mr. McDonald was born April 22, 1947 in Richmond County to J.P. and Grace Lampley McDonald. He was a member of Summerville Baptist Church. He worked in the Hotel Business. Survivors include, His wife Kathy Buie McDonald of the home, Sisters Sylvia Scott her husband Bill and Delores Wilson her husband Art all of Denton, Father and mother in law, Ray and Velez Buie of Denton. The family will see friends on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. Other times at the residence on Denton Rd.
