Isom Harris “Bruce” Hurley, Jr., 56, of Basinger Rd., Richfield, died Friday, November 4, 2016 at Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury. Memorial Service will be 4:00 PM Sunday at Briggs Funeral Home in Troy. Rev. Britt Davis and Rev. Jesse Clubb officiating. Mr. Hurley was born August 24, 1960 in Montgomery County, the son of Isom and Lucille Russell Hurley. He was employed in the furniture industry. He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers, Bobby and David Hurley. He loved his dogs, his cat and Dale Earnhardt. He is survived by his girlfriend, Vicky Yow of the home; 2 sisters, his twin-sister, Martha Davis (Barney) of Farmer Community and Norma Lynthacum (Bud) of Troy; 2 brothers, Jim Hurley (Angie) of Denton and James Hurley of New London. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 PM prior to the service at Briggs Funeral Home in Troy on Sunday. Other times the family will be at the home of his sister, Norma Lynthacum, Eldorado St., Troy. Arrangements by Briggs Funeral Home in Troy.
