Inez Leach Goins

Inez Leach Goins, 78, of Lindsey Dr., Troy, died Friday, March 21, 2014 at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Funeral service will be 3:00 pm Sunday, March 23 at Community Baptist Church with Mr. Buddy Maness officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.   Mrs. Goins was born in Montgomery County on November 18, 1935, the daughter of Curtis and Maggie Settle Leach. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Franklin Goins in 2004.   She is survived by 2 sons, Frankie Goins and wife Tammy of Rockingham and Ronald E. Goins of Jackson Springs; a daughter, Alisa Goins Cain and husband David of Candor; brother, Dewey Carlton Leach and wife Clara of Asheboro; sister, Jeanette L. Goodwin of Candor; 4 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Saturday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home and other times at the home of Jeanette Goodwin, Leach Rd., Candor.
