Helen Rogers Wylie

Mrs. Helen Rogers Wylie, age 59 of 2116 Floyd Church Road, Lexington, NC died Tuesday, August 24. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at High Rock Baptist Church on Bringle-Ferry Road conducted by Rev. Trevor Foster. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton and other times will be at the residence on Floyd Church Road. Mrs. Wylie was born August 9, 1951 in Davidson County to Lloyd Dwight Rogers and Marie Buie Rogers. She was a register nurse. She is survived by her husband William Eugene Wylie of the home, daughters, Cara Cooper Burchette of Denton, Helen Amanda Morris of High Point, and Jacqueline Cooper Darrow of Wilmington; her parents, Dwight and Marie Rogers of Denton; Sisters Margaret Spaugh of Jefferson, and Cora Tarter of Lexington. 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
