Hazel Gunnell Golden

Mrs. Hazel Gunnell Golden, age 86, of Thomasville died Thursday, December 22 at Hospice Home of High Point. A graveside service will be 11:00 am Monday, December 26 at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Thomasville with Rev. Bryan Adkins officiating Mrs. Golden was born April 9, 1925 in Patrick Co., Virginia to Moody Lewis and Elsie Hawks Gunnell. She was a homemaker and a member of Life Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Cleve “Goldie” Golden and a son, Michael Lewis Golden. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Hughes of Denton and Cassie Taylor of Thomasville, one sister, Catherine Reeves of Virginia, ten grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
