Hattie Lucille Parsons Brandenburg

Hattie Lucille Parsons Brandenburg, 93, of Hicks Rd., Candor, died Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, September 24 at 11:00 AM at Parsons Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. William Mitchell officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Brandenburg was born December 15, 1917, in Montgomery County, the daughter of John T. and Hattie Bruton Parsons. She was a nurse’s aide and worked at Montgomery Memorial Hospital in Troy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Bardin Brandenburg and 2 brothers, Clyde and William Parsons. She is survived by a brother, John Edwin Parsons of San Diego, CA and a sister, Nancy Ellen Parsons Beaujon of Curacao. The family will receive friends following the service on Saturday at Parson’s Grove United Methodist Church
