Grady Peacock

Mr. Grady Philip Peacock, age 77 of NC Hwy # 8 South, Lexington, NC died Friday, October 23 at Hinkle Hospice House. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 27 at Mountain View Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tim Miller and Rev. Tommy Floyd. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Peacock was born January 12, 1932 in Davidson County to Samuel Lee Peacock and Alice Hedrick Peacock. He was retired from Coble Dairy. He attended Mountain View Baptist church. Survivors include, brothers; Johnny Peacock and Charles Peacock both of Lexington and Athel Peacock of New Palestine, Ind., sisters; Bessie Peacock and Mary Louise Peacock both of Lexington and several nieces and nephews. The family will see friends on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton and other times at the residence.
