Gladys Campbell

Mrs. Gladys Helen Shelton Campbell 78, of 3rd Ave. Aleo, Rockingham died Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Campbell was born July 27, 1928 in Montgomery County to Ess and Gladys Floyd Shelton. She worked as a spinner for Collins and Aikman. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Clifford Campbell. Survivors include a daughter Judy Rogers of Rockingham, sons Donald Campbell of Troy and Douglas Campbell of Kernersville, one sister Jean Lee of Jackson Springs, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will see friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home in Candor.
