Gerald Frank Lee

Gerald Frank Lee, 71, of Oakland Lane, Jackson Springs, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst. Graveside Service will be 12:00 Noon, Friday, June 16, 2017 at West End Cemetery, with Rev. Jerry Wilson officiating. Mr. Lee was born in Moore County on September 18, 1945, the son of Alvin and Jean Shelton Lee. He worked in Golf Course Maintenance and was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Lee in 2008. He is survived by 3 sons, Toby Gerald Lee of the home, Phillip Gibson (Carol) of High Point, and Keith Gibson of High Point; 2 daughters, Debbie English (Terry) of High Point, and Amanda Haywood (Dwayne) of Wisconsin; 2 brothers, Danny Lee of Montgomery County, and Charles Lee of Jackson Springs; 2 sisters, Gail Lee of Eagle Springs, and Dianne Lee of Carthage; 6 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home.
