Geneva Gallimore DENTON | Geneva Floyd Gallimore, 85, of Huntington Drive, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006, at Lexington Memorial Hospital. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel by the Rev. James Cooper. Interment will be in Tom's Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Mrs. Gallimore was born Aug. 10, 1921, in Davidson County to John David Roby Floyd and Mary Frances Parrish Floyd. She was a homemaker and attended Floyd Baptist Church. She was a member of the Woodman of the World. She was married to Dalford H. Gallimore, who died Dec. 29, 1986. Surviving are four daughters, Rebecca Everhart and her husband, Richard, Peggy Harrison and her husband, Page, Carol Beck and her husband, Ken, and Jeanette Beanblossom and her husband, Tom, all of Denton; a brother, David Floyd of Denton; two sisters, Nellie Mae Clodfelter and Johnsie Byerly, both of Denton; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home and other times at the residence of daughter Peggy Harrison on Regan Road, Denton.
