Garl Woodle

Mr. Garl Junior Woodle age 88, of Denton died Wednesday, December 03, 2014 at Mountain Vista Health Park. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, Dec. 5 at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel conducted by Rev. James Cooper Garl was born May 31, 1926 in Davidson County to Clayton Woodle and Neely Smith Woodle. He a veteran of US Army and had worked in the furniture industry as a machine operator. Preceding Garl in death was sons, Donnie Lee Woodle and Mickey Ray Woodle; sisters, Grace Garner, Ethel Tysinger, Bernice Cranford, and Lucy Klass also; brothers, Homer Woodle and Don Woodle. Surviving are 2 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 PM prior to the service Friday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.
