Gail Ward Mckay

Mrs. Gail Ward McKay, age 60, of Howell Dr., Denton died Thursday, January 31 following a sudden illness. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 5 at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. The family will be at the residence at other times. Mrs. McKay was born February 24, 1952 in Davidson County to Paul G. Ward and Sally Hall Ward. She was a veteran of the U S Navy and was employed as a Cashier with Wal-Mart of Lexington. She is survived by her husband Roger L. McKay of the home; sons, Josh McKay of Charleston, SC and Brad McKay of Denton; sisters, Connie Hunt of Stanfield and Kathryn Ward of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
