Eugenia Walker

Mrs.Eugenia Clyatt Walker, age 95 of Forest Park Drive, Denton died Friday, May 23, 2008, at Mountain Vista Health Park in Denton. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 25 at the Denton Town Cemetery with Rev. Vern Peterson officiating. Mrs. Walker was born December 18, 1912, in Lincoln County, Georgia to Dr. Clyde E. Clyatt and Sara E. Hogg Clyatt. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Denton. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Walker in 1976, a son Leon Walker in 1996 and a daughter, Barbara Joan Walker. Mrs. Walker is survived by a daughter-in-law, Emily Walker of Thomasville, three grandchildren, Amanda Walker of Huntington Beach, California, Michael Walker of Denton and Jenny Nichols of Durham, four great-granchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
