Elsie Tysinger

Mrs. Elsie Buie Tysinger, age 83 of Mountain Vista Health Park and formerly of Buie Rd., Denton died Sunday, December 28 at Mountain Vista Health Park. A Graveside service will be held 11:00am Wednesday, December 31 at Summerville Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Pastor Mark Reed. Mrs. Tysinger was born February 24, 1925 in Davidson County to Samuel Buie and Pearlie Hill Buie. She was a member of Summerville Baptist church and had been employed with Thornton Knitting Company and Handleman Company in Charlotte. She was married to Calvin Darrell Tysinger who died in April of 2006. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Sallie Scarlett, by brothers Jake Buie, Ralph Buie, Luther Buie and Leo Buie. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Templeton of Winston-Salem, Sisters Rebecca Staley and Marie Loftin both of Denton and Brothers Ray Buie of Denton and Zeb Buie of Fletcher. Grandchildren, Bobby Templeton of Winston-Salem and Michael Templeton of Clemmons and 6 Great Grandchildren.
