Ms. Elizabeth Diane (Joy) Walters Lester age 51, of Tom’s Creek Rd. Denton passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at her residence. A private burial will be held Monday. Arrangements for a memorial service are pending. Mrs. Lester was born in Guilford County March 26, 1966.She was employed as a shift manager at Bojangles. She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Lester and her mother Dorothy Perdue. She is survived by her Fiance. Michael Garner; sons, Jonathan Walters and Jeremy Lester both of Denton; daughter Christy Garner of Denton; brother Jamie Puckett of High Point; sister Deloris Rollins of Lexington; 5 grandchildren.
