Eddie Skeen

    Mr. James Eddie Skeen, age 63 of Piedmont School Road, Denton, NC died Saturday, October 27 at his residence.   A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 3 at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel.     Mr. Skeen was born in Davidson County July 8, 1955 to William Edmond Skeen and Nellie Russell Skeen. He was employed as a truck driver with Averitts Express.   He is survived by his wife, Donna Rutzler Skeen a son William Skeen of Denton; daughter Margaret Skeen of Denton; step-son George Nilsen of Denton; step daughters, Melissa Gray of Lexington; Cassandra Blanton of Ohio, Theresa Nilsen of Denton; sisters, Linda S Pearce and husband Milton of Denton; Carol S Stutts and husband Tony of Terrell and 16 step grandchildren.
