Eavy Doris Ray Lee, 83, of Maple St., Jackson Springs, died Thursday, October 21, 2021 at her residence. Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at West End Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 PM prior to the service at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home in Candor. Born in Florida on December 13, 1937, she was the daughter of Mary Cooper Dempier. She was a home maker. She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Michelle Peterson. Eavy is survived by her husband, Charles Eugene Lee of the home; daughters, Sandy Hussey Campbell (Bruce) of Vass and Mary Jane Wright of Florida; 5 grandchildren, Melissa Meyers, Amanda Wiggins, Crystal Campbell, Heather and Jason; 5 great-grandchildren, Taylor Jones, Jeremiah Duncan, Savannah Meyers, Julius Wiggins, and Xavier Wiggins; 1 great-great-grandchild, Melani Rose Duncan. Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
