Dora Bean

Mrs. Dora Huss Bean, age 88 formerly of NC Hwy # 8, Denton, NC died Friday, July 23 at Mountain Vista Health Park in Denton. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 26 at Summerville Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Claudie Harrison. Mrs. Bean was born February 12, 1933 in Lincoln County to Morris Huss and Pearl Rhony Huss. She was a member of Summerville Baptist Church and a graduate of High Point College (University). She was a retired school teacher having taught at Denton Elementary School. She was married to Fred Clifton Bean who died November 21, 2010. There are no immediate survivors. Briggs Funeral Home is providing service for Mrs. Bean.
