Donald Ray Hill

Mr. Donald Ray Hill, 76, of Forest Park Dr., Denton, NC passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at his residence.

A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, Oct. 9 at Clear Springs United Methodist Church with Rev. Sandy Young officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Donald was born September 5, 1946, in Davidson County to the late William Wesley Hill and Mary Katherine Hodges Hill. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Thomasville and a long-distance truck driver of 48 years.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Newsom Hill of the home; son, Dason Hill and wife Heather of Greensboro; daughter, Devona Hill Dunn of Cypress, TX; brothers, Eddie Hill and wife Joyce and Jimmy Hill; 3 grandchildren, Tyler Dunn, Mya Dunn, and Emory Hill.
