Debbie Veronica Hinson Leslie, age 54 of Grubb Drive, Denton, NC died Wednesday, October 19 at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Leslie was born in Stanly County April 4, 1957 to Billy Wade Hinson, Sr. and Joyce Christine Page Hinson. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her mother and a daughter Ariel Furr. She is survived by daughters, Chanda Smith of Salisbury and Emery Carter of Denton; sons Dray Carter of Albemarle and Gaden Burleson of Denton, Fiancee, Randall Blanton of Denton,; father Billy Wade Hinson, Sr of Concord; sister, Kathy Baldwin of Huntersville and Amy Hinson of Albemarle; brothers Billy Hinson, Jr., and Tim Hinson both of Albemarles; grandchildren Dalton Smith, Dillion Smith, Trinity Napier, Leora Smith, Makaela Robinson and Brayden Carter. Cremation services provided by Briggs Funeral Home.
