Mr. David Russell (Butch) Cox, age 73 of Lick Creek Church Road, Denton, NC died Sunday March 7 at Mountain Vista Health Park. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 9 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Asheboro. Mr. Cox was born June 16, 1947 in Randolph County to Tivis Cox and Dorothy Akers Cox.
