Darrell Wayne Stevens

    Mr. Darrell Wayne Stevens, age 59 of NC Hwy # 109 South, Denton, NC died Wednesday, February 28 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.   A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm Saturday, March 3 at Maple Springs Baptist Church in Seagrove conducted by Rev. Howard McNeil and Rev. Tracy Marsh.   The family will see friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Saturday, march 3 at Maple Springs Baptist Church.   Mr. Stevens was born September 2, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Paul William Stevens, Sr and Betty Sue Walden. He had worked as a truck driver.   He is survived by his son, Brett Allen Stevens of Portland, Indiana; grandson, Hunter Timothy Wayne Stevens; father Paul W. Stevens, Sr. of Asheboro; sisters, Angela Gallimore of Denton, Yvonne Scattergood of Randleman and Kimberly Richardson of Asheboro; brothers Andre Stevens of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jeffrey Stevens of Lexington, Paul W Stevens, Jr. of Tega Cay, SC and William A Ogan of Pennville, Indiana   Cremation service provided by Briggs Funeral Home
