Darlene Cripps

Mrs. Darlene Knupp Cripps age 66 of Brantley Gordon Rd., Denton died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at her residence.   A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, April 6 at Old Fashioned Baptist Church Cemetery.   Mrs. Cripps was born May 2, 1947 in St. Clair County, Illinois to Benjamin Knupp and Mildred Powers Knupp. She attended Old Fashioned Baptist Church and was a homemaker.   Survivors include, husband; Joe Cripps of the home, sons; Christopher Sanders and wife Laurie of Lexington and Charles Sanders and wife Alice of Hickory, daughter; Noel Collins of Lexingotn, grandchildren; (7) Christina, Briana, Addyson, Aubrey, Nicholas, Traicie, and Billy, great grandson; Carter, brother; Tom West of Hickory.   The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton     Online condolences can be made at www.briggsfuneralhome.com
