Daniel Louis Peterson, Jr., 39, of NC 24/27 Robbins, died Saturday, September 10, 2022 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be 5:00 PM Friday, September 23, 2022 at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Sammy McNeill officiating. Born in Macon County, NC, on August 17, 1983, he was the son of Rosa Bowman Sutherland and Daniel Louis Peterson, Sr. He attended Bright Light Baptist Church and worked for Mac’s Tree Service. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Tray Lawrence Peterson of Florida; brother, Joshua Peterson of Florida; and a grandmother, Connie Bowman of Robbins. The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 PM prior to the service Friday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home. Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
