Dale Faircloth

Richard Dale Faircloth, 60, of Garner Rd. Denton, NC passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at his residence.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel conducted by Rev. Don Jarrell. Burial will be at Wadeville Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton and other times at the home of his stepmother’s on Heartleaf Trail in Denton.

Dale was born in Montgomery County, NC on April 27, 1961 to Arthur Faircloth and Lucille McCormick. He worked as a upholsterer in the furniture industry. Dale was preceded in death by both his parents.

He is survived by son, Thomas Faircloth and wife Mallory of Jacksonville, NC; daughter, Ashely McCann and husband Thomas McCann III of Mebane; brothers, Mark Faircloth of Georgia and Jonathan Faircloth of Albemarle; sisters, Karen Deaton of Asheboro and Shelia Duty of Asheboro; step-mother, Wanda Faircloth of Denton; girlfriend, Regina Hughes of Lexington; 4 grandchildren, Maddilyn McCann, Thomas McCann IV, Evelyn Faircloth, and Nathaniel Faircloth.
