Cynthia Lanier Clayton

Mrs. Cynthia Lanier Clayton age 76 of Oakton, Virginia and formerly of Denton died Monday, Jan 30 at Fairfax Hospital in Virginia Mrs Clayton was the daughter of Wade C. (Jabber) Lanier and Mary Lee Frank Lanier. She had lived in Virginia for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Jerry Lanier. She is survived by her husband, Ben Clayton of the Home, sons David Clayton and Jeff Clayton both of Oakton, Virginia, brothers Sidney Lanier of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Mark Lanier of High Point, and a sister Nancy Johnson of Denton. A funeral service will be conducted at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Friday, Feb. 3, at 11:00 AM by the Rev. Chris Smith.
