Roby Clinton Trotter, age 62 of Back Creek Church Road, Asheboro died Monday, January 23 at his residence A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, Jan 28 at Pierce's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with interment to follow. Mr. Trotter was born March 6, 1943 in Randolph County to George Trotter and Moleta Small Trotter. He was a retired Hosiery Mill employee. Mr. Trotter is survived by a daughter, Michelle Trotter of Asheboro and sisters, Margaret Beane of Denton and Josephine Hoover of Asheboro and two grandchildren. The family will see friends from 1:30 to 2:30 PM Saturday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.
