Cliff Easter

Clifford “Cliff” Isaac Easter, age 60 died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Denton Wesleyan Church conducted by Rev. Charlie Collins and Rev. Sonny Easter. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton and other times at the residence on Buie Rd. Mr. Easter was born December 25, 1950 in Rumford, Maine to Wilfred Herbert Easter, Sr. and Vivian Wright Easter. He was the owner of Easter’s Backhoe Service and was preceded in death by his father, a brother; Kenneth Easter and by a sister; Jewel Easter. Survivors include; wife; Kay Gadwah Easter of the home, sons; Cliff (Sonny) Easter and wife Michele of Metropolis, Illinois and Eric Easter and wife Sheena of Lexington, brothers; Bill Easter, Jr. of Denton and David Easter of Denton, sisters; Faith Paolini of Framingham, Mass., Judy Morris of Richfield, and Shelia Vanzant of Denton, grandchildren; Kenzie, Catie, Reagan, and Morgan, and by his mother; Vivian Wright Easter.
