Cleo Wright Snider

Mrs. Cleo Vernice Wright Snider age 91, formerly of E. NC HWY 47 died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Mountain Vista Health Park. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Siloam United Methodist Church conducted by Rev Tim Miller. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Snider was born October 2, 1922 in Davidson County to Mark Wright and Maude Hedrick Wright. She worked at GE for over 30 years and was a member of Siloam United Methodist Church where she also taught Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Scott Snider on October 2, 1997. Survivors include, son; Stanley Snider of Denton, daughters; Bonnie Carrick and husband David of Lexington and Betsy Fabinsky and husband Robert of Seawalls Point, FL, sister; Gay Davis of Thomasville, grandchildren; (3) Wendy Skotthy (Jim), Kevin Carrick (Danille), and Chris Fabinsky, great grandchildren; (5) Carter and Colby Skotthy, Casey, Jack, and Ella Carrick. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association PO Box 715 Greensboro, NC 27402.
