Chris Tysinger

Mr. Christopher “Chris” Joe Tysinger, age 65, of Johnson Road, Denton NC died March 5, 2024 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 8th at 11:00 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Gardens with Pastor Alan Martin officiating.

Mr. Tysinger was born on December 28, 1958 in Davidson County to Joe G. Tysinger and Shirley Hedrick Tysinger.  He attended the North Carolina School for the Deaf in Morganton, NC and Thomasville Church of Christ. Chris was preceded in death by his father.  He was an animal lover.

He is survived by his mother Shirley Hedrick Tysinger of the home; brothers, Jeff Tysinger (Sheila) of Wilmington and Steve Tysinger (Jenna Webb) of Denton; sister, Lyzzi Harris & her half-sister, Joecelyn Woodall both of Denton; and a nephew, Brandon Tysinger of Garner.
