Chris Turpin

Gary Christopher “Chris” Turpin, 47, of Restoration Alley, Denton, NC passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at his residence.

A celebration of Chris’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from noon until 1:00 PM prior to the service.

Chris was born in Randolph County on November 30, 1973, to Gary Turpin and Cathy Ellison Turpin. He was of the Baptist Faith and worked in construction. Chris was preceded in death by his brother, Benjamin Todd Turpin; paternal grandparents, Paul and Hazel Turpin; and maternal grandparents, James and Inez Ellison.

He is survived by his fiancée, Sheena Ambrose; son, Christopher Turpin; daughter, Aubriana Turpin all of Denton; parents, Gary and Cathy Turpin of Denton; niece, Amber Reed and husband Cory; great niece, Caroline; great nephews, Cooper and Jake.
