Mr. Carson Dean Cromer age 28, of S. Main St. Ext. Denton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27 at his residence. A memorial service to celebrate Carson’s life will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Clear Springs United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Scott Davis and Rev. Sandy Young. Carson was born in Davidson County on August 6, 1988. He was a graduate of South Davidson High School and a member of Clear Springs United Methodist Church. Carson was a devoted caretaker for his mother and enjoyed working on small engines and computers. Surviving are parents Karen Elaine Neese Lanning and Jerry Lanning; grandparents, Murray & Glenda Peake of Pennsylvania and Paul & Joanne Cromer of Thomasville; half-sisters, Angie and Jennifer Lanning; nieces and nephews, Allison Lanning, Whisper Ray, and Honest Ray all of Denton.
