Carl Ervin Hill

Denton, NC-Carl Hill Mr. Carl Ervin Hill, 48, of Alleghany Church Road Denton , died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Denton Church of God where he attended, conducted by Rev. Jesse Howard. Burial will follow at Tom’s Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Hill was born April 20, 1959 in Rowan County to John Ervin Hill and Lucille Barringer Hill. He was employed for twenty-nine years by Hammill Logging where he was a logger. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by an aunt Pearle Barringer. Survivors include his wife Brenda Edwards Hill of the home; daughters Holly Ingram of the home, Lori Ingram, and Kristy Eller, of Lexington; sister Jeanette Hunsucker of Kannapolis; brothers Wayne Hill of China Grove and Tommy Hill of Salisbury; and aunt Brenda Trexler of Salisbury. The family will see friends Monday September 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton and other times at the residence on Alleghany Church Road .
