C. Dale Cranford

Mr. Dale Cranford age 71, formerly of Mechanic Rd., Asheboro passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at Woodland Hill Center in Asheboro. A private inurnment will be held at a later date at Liberty Fellowship Church Cemetery. Mr. Cranford was born March 30, 1945 in Randolph County to Ratio Cranford and Eva Hopkins Cranford. Dale was a member of Liberty Fellowship Church. He had worked for Klopman Mills and retired from the NC Department of Transportation. In addition to his parents Dale was preceded in death by brothers, Clyde, Wade, and Herman Cranford. Surviving are sons, Scottie Cranford and wife Tanya and JD Cranford both of Asheboro; brothers, Roy Cranford and Billy Cranford both of Denton; sisters, Linda Craven of Seagrove and Helen Andrews of Asheboro; 6 grandchildren, Tricia, Dallas, Bryson, Casey, Jessica Cranford, and Taylor McNeil; 3 great-grandchildren, Bladyn and Xander Bailey, and Eva Cranford.
