Brian Keith Westbrook

Brian Keith Westbrook, aged 55, of Lick Creek Ch. Rd., Denton, NC, passed away at his residence on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Born on November 2, 1969, in Davidson County, he was the beloved son of Doug Westbrook and Martha Poole Westbrook.

Brian was a dedicated member of the Healing Springs Volunteer Fire Department, where he was honored as fireman of the year. His career included roles as a truck driver and mechanic until his health began to decline. An avid outdoorsman, Brian cherished the time spent fishing and hunting with his father, Doug. He had a passion for working on lawnmowers and big trucks, but above all, he will be remembered for his deep love for his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pam Zmijewski Westbrook; his devoted parents, Doug and Martha Westbrook; his son, Billy Zmijewski and his wife Chassidy; his daughter, Amanda Kleineick; his brother, David Westbrook and his wife Donna; his sister, Janet Edwards and her husband Tim; and his cherished grandchildren, Kaleigh K., Ethan Z., Emma Z., Eli Z., and Bubba K. Brian also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, and his special canine buddy, Diesel.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
