Blanche Miller

Nettie Blanche Miller, 94, of Roscoe Rd., Denton died Monday, May 17, 2010 at Mountain Vista Health Park in Denton. Miss Miller was born August 3, 1915 in Randolph County She was a retired employee of Klopman Mills Denton Plant and a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother Tura Miller, her father Frank Surratt, her step-father Grover Dorsett, by brothers Roscoe Miller, Don Surratt and Bill Surratt, by sisters Genie M. Glover, and Sue Smith and by step-sister Bessie Eaton. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Claudie Harrison. The family will see friends on Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.
