Beulah Loflin

Mrs. Beulah Hogan Loflin age 93 of Crow Creek Road, Denton, NC died Friday, October 28 at her residence. A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 31 at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery conducted by Hospice Chaplin Rev. Tim Pheagin Mrs. Loflin was born April 1, 1918 in Randolph County to Manley Hogan and Amy Latham Hogan. She was a homemaker and had worked at Thornton Knitting Company. She was married to Clifford H Loflin, Sr. who died January 15, 2007. She was also preceded in death by a son, Dwight Loflin and daughters Shirlyn Simmons and Linda Loflin. She is survived by sons, Hoyt Loflin, Kenneth Loflin and David Loflin all of Denton; by daughter Barbara L. Earnhart of Denton; by a sister Mildred Richardson of Denton; fifteen (15) grandchildren and Nineteen (19) great grandchildren. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM Sunday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph County, PO Box 9, Asheboro, NC 27204-0009
