Betty Carolyn Williams

Betty Carolyn Hussey Williams, 73, of Lakeview, died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.  Graveside Service will be 4:00 PM Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Pine Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. Bucky Davis and Rev. Wilmer Brewer officiating.   Born in Montgomery County on February 28, 1944, she was the daughter of Bill Lewis and Geneva Hussey.  She was a seamstress.  Carol enjoyed her flowers and her precious dogs, Piper and Ozzie.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.   Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband of over 57 years, James Clyde Williams of the home and a sister, Judy Saunders of Biscoe.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Saturday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home in Candor.
