Benjamin Elwood Peace, Jr., age 58 of Durham, NC died Friday, August 3 in Denton from injuries received in an automobile accident. A graveside service will be 11:00 am Thursday, August 9 at Holly Hill Cemetery in Thomasville with Rev. Benny Clodfelter officiating. Mr. Peace was born July 16, 1954 in Davidson County to Benjamin Elwood Peace, Sr. and Mabel Adams Peace who preceded him in death. He is survived by one son, Benjamin Colter Peace of Cornelius and four sisters, Betty Boles and Patsy P. Hedrick, both of Thomasville, Bennie Peace Montgomery of Clinton and Cathy Ward of Denton.
