Barbara Ann Luck

Barbara Ann Luck, 80, formerly of McCallum Rd., died Monday, September 18, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.  Graveside Service will be 2:30 PM Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Pleasant Hill UMC Cemetery, with Rev. Wayne Luck officiating.

Born in Montgomery County on July 23, 1943, she was the daughter of William Gurney and Catherine Ritter Luck.  She attended Tabernacle Baptist Church, and was formerly employed with United Mills as a seamstress.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Bill Luck of Goldsboro; 2 sisters, Elaine McKenzie of Eagle Springs and Cathy Chisholm of Candor; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Thursday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home.
