Barbara Kirchner Blake

Mrs. Barbara Kirchner Blake, 82, of Dennis Street in Troy, died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. Funeral Services will be held at a later date. Mrs. Blake was born July 14, 1929, the daughter of Paul and Mary Cox Kirchner in Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Blake in 2000. She was a taxi driver. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Haithcock of Troy and a son, Jonnie Blake of Mt. Pleasant, SC, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Briggs Funeral Home of Troy is assisting the family with arrangements.
